Shipping

BabyBam Collection products will ship within 7 days after initial order is placed. If you need to make special arrangements for shipping, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We do ship internationally. Please contact us via email to place your order so that we can offer you the best rate.

Our Return Policy

Our commitment to an extraordinary shopping experience:

We are proud of our BabyBam Collection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (shipping fees are non-refundable) or exchange. Please allow transit time. After 30 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale.

All items must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with manufacturer tags attached to the item. Include a copy of the invoice with your return and underline the item you are returning. In order to improve our store and products, please let us know why you are returning the item. Your feedback is important to us!

Please understand we do not refund incurred shipping charges. We recommend using delivery confirmation or any other form of tracking when returning your item. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be traced (lost packages).

Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.



Exchanges

If you would rather have an exchange for your item please email us at customerservice@babybamcollection.com or call us at 801-602-3886 to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange we will send your new order. Appropriate shipping charges will be applied to exchanges.



Exceptions

Please understand we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.



Gifts

Gifts may be returned for store credit (or exchange) within 30 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must arrive back to BabyBam Collection within 30 days (including transit time) of receiving the gift item. Please email us at customerservice@babybamcollection.com or call us at 801-602-3886 to make arrangements. Once we receive your item, we will issue a store credit; or send you your exchange item(s).

Our Commitment to the Environment

At BabyBam Collection, we strive at all levels to be environmentally friendly. From simple things such as considering the environment before printing an email, to seeking ways to minimize packaging for shipping. We’re proud of what we are doing, but realize there’s much more to be done. We promise to keep you informed of our progress as we more forward. Here are some of our accomplishments beyond our bamboo products:

Our gift bags are made in the USA using 50% post consumer recycled paper, while our gift boxes are made in the USA using 100% post consumer recycled material. Our tissue paper is made with 75% Post Industrial Recycled Fibers. And let’s not forget our ribbon. Our ribbon is made from 100% biodegradable cotton yarn. It is all natural, acid and lignin-free, printed with soy inks and made in the USA.
